This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, and how you can use your rights.

1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Salsabeel Real Estate, University St, Al Jerf 1, Villa Number 8, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Email: marketing@salsabeelre.com. Phone and WhatsApp: 052 424 2410. We process personal data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
2. What we collect
- Form details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email (optional), the project and unit type you are interested in, budget and buying timeline, plus your consent, the consent wording you saw and the time you sent the form.
- Visit source: campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source and utm_campaign), ad click IDs (fbclid, gclid, ttclid), the landing page, the referring page and the page language. These are kept in your browser for the visit only, so they can travel with your enquiry.
- Cookies and measurement tools: the site uses Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics and ad-measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Snap Pixel. These tools collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type and the pages you visit.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and contact you by phone, WhatsApp and email.
- To send you information about the project you asked about: prices, floor plans, payment plans and availability.
- To send you marketing about our projects, only with your consent.
- To measure how our ads and website perform and which campaign brought you to us.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.
5. Who we share it with
- Customer-relationship-management (CRM) and automation providers that store your enquiry and help us follow it up.
- Communication providers, such as WhatsApp, phone and email services.
- Advertising platforms Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, for ad measurement only.
- The developer or government authorities where needed to complete a purchase you ask for, or where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Transfers outside the UAE
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we rely on the cases and safeguards that the PDPL allows.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data while we are in contact with you. If there has been no contact and no open purchase for 12 months, we delete or anonymise your data, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Your rights
- Ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct or complete inaccurate data.
- Have your data deleted.
- Restrict or object to processing, including objecting to direct marketing.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Ask for your data to be transferred to another organisation.
To use any of these rights, email marketing@salsabeelre.com or call 052 424 2410. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply "STOP". We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.
9. Cookies
Cookies are small files that the measurement tools above store in your browser to recognise visits and measure ads. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; the site and the form still work without them.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including sending the form over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and limiting access to the staff and providers who need it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the legal requirements change. The current version is always on this page with its last-updated date.
